Hey, I'm new to this client, I just istalled RGC!

When I open the application there is no 'button' to log in.

This is what I see..

What did I do wrong?

Erm, did you extract the .zip file? Because it doesnt look like it.

The #Undefined shows that your RGC wasn't installed properly.

Ok, thanks. I re-installed and now it is fine but I still press the connect button and it doesn't log me in the client.

What kind of antivirus do you use? Do you use windows firewall?

I sent the IP to ignore from antivirus and I can log in now.

Gr8, but can you please post name of the antivirus that you use. So we can add it to f.a.q....
