i think player with juggernaut has maphack: barged straight at me earlygame in woods. later on his teammate spontaneously said he has maphack.

but beside of that: ofc he should get an xpreset. its too easy for a cheater to get league. i doubt that he will be in safehigh at anytime without xpreset.
