Remove warn and/or warn BastardQ

I got warn because of that game . I had a bad start but after that i kinda fixed it , in the same time my team werent doing well , too . Bastardq failed also vs necrolyte ( u can see at the replay his and necro CS ) and rage quited in the middle of the game ( we had still a chance to win )
Remove my warn pls or at least warn him aswell.
