"No configuration file present"

Hi, I'm getting this "No configuration file present" everytime I try to run RGC. At the first time I ran it it worked fine. Actually, that first time I was able to run it I didnt even extract it. I already tried downloading again several times and getting RGC directly from a friends PC. The first time I played it was version 3. something now it is on 4.0 but neither will work. I'm trying to run the game in a MacBook Pro 13 Summer 2010 version with Snow Leopard using Parallels 5 with Windows XP Professional SP3. Please help me !

unzip rgc into some folder than run rgc again and don't forget to run patcher application from patcher folder

It worked ! Thank you so much. The patcher actually displayed an error message so I thought it wouldnt work but when I clicked on rgc it really worked :) Thx again.
