cd and cm in normal games

Hi since this is the rules section i believe im at the right place here.

Lately there are many cm and cd games in normal games (.start cd) but i have read the rules and they clearly say its only allowed in a captains - challenge.
Im rather annoyed about people that start cds and some random guy gets to be captain and chooses 4 agis and calls his team noobs cus we lose....
Yesterday again someone started a cd and i told them that i believe its not allowed but Gus.nightmare (hes an admin right?) told me its perfectly ok.

So anybody can tell me if i read the right rules?

You read the right rules but i'm not sure if this rule is currently in use. Judging by the games getting started i'd say no (alot of .start cd's). But i guess we should notify the users.

PGC is public league and u play All modes ..IGC is not the same league it is inhouse league ANd has difference rules .

First of all i have to speak to my supersior ,and we will decide about the rules soon.And i will post .I think nol and pgc has the same rules.U have to know,And i will ask him if we write new rules about pgc etc etc.For this time use nol rules
