AFK abuse by Shakrina (the time has come to ban him)

Hello all. The well known Shakrina has once again managed to ruin the game, but this time there can't be any doubts whether he should be punished for it or not.

Basically in an absolutelty normal game he stayed afk without chosing a hero, and abused the afk counter by using his circle. Kicking him with 0-0 stats was not possible due to his "stats are too good to be kicked".
I don't think that tolerating this behaviour is normal.
I propose permabanning his account (taking in consideration the "reputation" this player has, it would not be overdoing it). If not, then i propose zeroing his stats and givinig him a temporary ban for a month.

well sadly u cant ban people in div, as exp reset is basically the same, if u ban someone by name they simply can create a new acc for example shakrina_gay or smth and its the same effect

This was really retarded...
When I don't like my team pick, I simply RMK. 50 exp penalty is nothing compared to the -150 or more exp after the defeat, and the 30+ mins lost.

If you think that you will teach someone to not pick stupid heroes this way, then you have some problem...

1000 exp is not bad for penalty, but I think that HANS should have taken so much exp, that he goes back to safehigh for at least 3-4 games.
I propose next time he does that you take away 50% exp. The transition between game classes is so annoying with the perma kick you get for being last with exp, that it would have hurt him quite a lot, and especially he will not simply RMK a game, if he has waited 20-30 games to be able to start.
