Okay here is the replay... On the end of replay Yurnero atacks middle tower with no mobs, its 2nd tower and i said bd and left... He deserves a punishment.

Well yea, so this is the problems your going to have with this bd rule.

Indeed jugger did bd for around 4 hits. Creeps came soon after. It did not change anything in the game.

Also, the tower regens fast when some bd, so there is an anti bd tweek in the game.

In my opinion you was a bit to eager on leaving. Because he bd for only around 4 hits.
