I checked replay a bit (2x speed so it wasnt so good), but in 00:25 - 00:24 (before first creep wave spawned) he clicks on techies who is in fog of war and then between 21:04 - 21:08 he clicks on TC which is in for of war. So I think this guy got exp reset potencial %-)
