this wouldnt be a problem if this person cant pause the
game forever while being observer

so? nobody has to do such crap. if possible just remove the title "leagueadmin" from chorlag and gg he will never do such crap again. i like to obs sometimes and since all type .kickobs like hyperactive mongol, its ok to be unkickable with enough exp
