Afaik, it is in implementation phase! We are still thinking about what should we offer to gold members.

Well, you can cotnact sir rogers about this ( via email roger@rankedgaming.com ). But, RGC shop is not ready atm. So, i think this will be finished soon , and every one will be possible to buy this.
