strange feeder techies

Hello.

I've just played dota in which i played against techies feeder. Strange thing it was, that he feeded mostly only 1 player. Opposites got a leaver, so they couldn't stop him feeding one of our teammates, who got 40:9 in the end, while techie got about 0:30:0
Thing looked pretty strange for me, so i decided to report such a behaviour.
