* Offence of User : Spamming in an unknown language.

1.) They really spammed. (no 30seconds without comment)
2.) It was in an unknown language, which was clearly understood by only 3 players in this game.
3.) They didnt stopped after I asked several times to speak in english.

As far as I know, this bot has a banlist.
Players who are on it, cant join his games anymore, because they get kicked immediatly.

So anyone must have access to it, or can you explain me how the players came on this list?
