Before match start, he has exp and streak +10, after losing game (he leave before) and scored, it shows he has 0exp ??

well he does lose 200exp for swapping accs, when i didnt misunderstand other posts

using swapaccount will reset positive streak to zero and you get -200 exp to prevent abuse
