So uhmm,
Usually every gamer that plays dota, has his youtube music on or any type of application opened such as (Quicktime,Windows Media Player,I tunes...etc) playing and listening to some music.
Make a new section over the forum, post like top 10 songs and a poll/voting system.
RGC gamers can vote through the poll.
Most chosen song will be song of the week, which in a gamer can listen to the song from RGC client with a button or so called "Song of the day" or "Song of the week"
OR another system. Each 1700+ or specific point rank username can request a song on the thread.
He might have a chance getting his popular song all over the client.
Advantages:
More active gamers over the forum.
Listening or knowing some of the cool song.
While playing some gamers can be actually hearing the same song :P:P
Attracting high point players to chose their song and make us listen to it, maybe he can get the votes/thumbs up for his choice.
