at min 32 when i ww next to him he turned and run home pretty fast which (with full hp) is maybe just fishy but then he used (medusa) ult in the middle of nowhere as I was all the time in ww

without mh nobody would use medusa ult when no hero is visible and you dont even know if there is one hero nearby

They get reseted... change nick and go for it again. Ban IP = gg :)

Banning IP won't work for people who do not have static IP btw

Even with dynamic IP... you cannot dodge that ^^

the only decent method is to ban the serial but only blizzard can do that... we wont get rid of em

ip ban is not the good way, it could fuck legit player who play in internet café. But at last idc i play at home ^^

I know this change would decline the use of DIV in the future, but ... how about reset the xp of a map hacker AND give him a 10 day IP ban. Then even in an internet cafe, it wont harm people that much... And if the same IP or Account violates again, then you reset AND increase the IP ban to lets say 30 days. If you say its cruel for an internet cafe? then its not true because people come there all the time to hack it seems? WEll then they deserve it. I mean its the owner of the cafe that should take measures, if his ips get regular bans? From DIV side, i would definitely do this because reset+ extended IP ban every time, will make those players stop. I dont doubt it.

I think you catch him in red hands , why someone use mh by playing dota there is no point playing anymore !! i think he should be banned !!! not demote :P !!
