When the clan owner leaves a clan,as much as I know,the invite option goes to the 2nd member in the clan,I looked on the clan members and its on this guy(kac|~roma),ask him to invite you.

It's 1 user = 1 clan, you made you'r 1 clan, and thats it, until Rogers alows every1 to make 2 or more clans, you won't be able to create another one. And i don't think thats gonna happen, because users could create endless clans, that make no sense. The 1 user = 1 clan thing, is good enough.
