New ranking system ETA?

Sir Rogers just curious if there is any plan to release the new ranking system or if you already have settled details and start working on in.

As fast solution to poor quality of games recently for me seems europe public 1600+points as someone mentioned some time ago.

Shouldnt' take much work to do that right?

I'm hopping that players who likes to play in pub will get better channel like HLR, rooms with points entrys. Many players from pub dont want to join leagues,community for many reason:
-no manners
-skill
-they are lazy to make a vouch req...

But, it is not a reason to let them play in bad environment.
