Can admin act as they like with no responsibilities?

Today a player whos nick is TsoliasSss joined game i signed in.I saw him opening slots swaping freely so i guess he's one of the admins. I have my points above 1500. So have he the right to swap me to observer without asking me? I said him i dont want to observe i want play and he doesn't seem to care :( If he's trully an admin i dissappointed .... Admins should help players, but not to swap himself with player into observer so he could play....

I have already reported that earlier.
Rogers said he got the rank for some 1 v 1 tourney.
But now he nows he's ABUSING.
