leaver points bonus to winners

I suggest that some points should be awarded at the winning team if one or more enemies have left voluntarily early game after being the first blood etc and the game is remade. Like 2 points to each player. What do you think?

Well, i dont like it much, we will make some rmk rule soon, and i think that is not needed much.
