The most time it keep downloading the parser when i launch it? is their a problem???

Delete RGC Folder

What exactly do you mean?

A better description of your possible problem would be good. If I don't know what you're talking about I cannot analyze the situation properly.

I mean sometimes I dl The patcher many time but sometimes it run without downloading..maybe you are updating the RGC Client?

when new patch updated to the client, rgc.exe run automatically the new patcher that's why sometimes u need to dl newfiles
