Savage(Maiden) and One*Shoot(ES) => ban pls

Dear Mod,

First,
Savage played a Maiden by The Sentinel and leaved the game in mid phase without any reason, and let there be a big hole in the complete team stategy cause she build for the Team a Meka.
With her leave, the team lose a important heal and disbable.
Pls ban Savage.

Second,
One*Shoot, played a ES on the trilane top.
He got no idea about to stun in the right time for the team.
Less so far, he left the game in early part of the game!
No reason to leave for him.
So he must also banned pls.
