Problem with my RGC

I can't start my RGC,it says"The patcher could not be started.Make sure you run with administrator privileges(Right Click>Run as Administrator.You can Start RGCP.exe normally,but it is not advised."

It's my problem too. There are two person with this problem. Help us please. I've windows XP on my computer and I was reading, that the problem which we have usually appears with Windows 7 and Windows Vista. In case as writes we need start as administrator and enter the administrator's password which necessairly must be, but my problem have appeared in Windows XP and what shall I do? Please help.

Maybe antivirus is blocking so add rgc.exe and rgco.exe on safelist.

not only antivirus try to allow it in your firewall because he is blocking it....

RGC has problems with AntiVirus,it's also useless to use it when you play.
