Ping problem

I have the same problem with hight ping in game like some of person there. I checked my ping on some kind of websides and everywhere if was fine but in RGC when i join the game i haveing pings between 200 - 300. Following the one of tread i checked my cdm connetion to server01.dota.rankedgaming.com and that is results

Packets: Sent = 111, Received = 111, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 63ms, Maximum = 72ms, Average = 64ms
Maybe you know how can I liquidate that problem? Thanks for answer in advance :)

Well, try to close all channels when you start your rgc game. Also, can you tell us , where are you from etc etc ?

He's ping is around 100, raising in game I am sure around 150-180, bad pc = lag/spike.

There is one problem with http://www.pingtest.net/ , namely this is not able to choise place in france.

Check your firewall or try to close all Updates and your antivirus if it still the same thing...Talk to your internet provider Cause their is noway that you have uplaud 0.26mg and you have lags....I have an uplaud speed 128kb wich is really bad and my ping in RGC is like 65 ms. hope I helped you.

It is a good information about internet speed.........
Like the same way , i check my internet speed everyday..........both downloading & uploading speed through this site www.scanmyspeed.com
My speed test results are,
upload speed:0.52 kbps
download speed:1.96 kbps
It has the best & accurate results for my internet speed test and i download it without flash or java or any other add on..........
