Bug in making clan!

hey,
I am having problem with making clan yesterday my friend try to invite us and it works,and we are 5 and ready to make clan... but he says that it is giving an error message that he can't make a clan or if someon knows what are the steps of making a clan if it isn't a bug...

He already made a clan. The current chatserver has a 1 clan creation per user limit.

Edit: Problem solved i just maked a clan and it wasen't a bug at all.
