many ppl after leaving many games and losing so many points they making new id with fake e-mail to get another 1500 points id ...so plz change a settings in registering...that if they make new id they will need a valid e-mail ...after that they wont leave games and cant be able to make ids with fake e-mail

It is a problem. Many people are not too good for some leagues, so they are stucked in pub. For us they are not less important then players from leagues.

Validaten should be a good step to lower those multiacc.

No matter what, pub is first place where newcomers are playing and always will be more players and games in pub then any league, therfor we must insure good environment for them. If you have any suggestion how to fix that, feel free to give your own opinion.

Drastic rules, but hoping that no one reaches the third warning.

Leaving the game :
- 1 warn = ban 3 days
- 2 warn = ban 6 days
- 3 warn = ban 14 days

Destruction of items followed by AFK/Leave :
- 1 warn = ban 6 days
- 2 warn = ban 14 days
- 3 warn = ban 1 month

Intentionally feed :
- 1 warn = ban 1 day
- 2 warn = ban 3 days
- 3 warn = ban 6 days

No TeamPlay :
- 1 warn = ban 1 day
- 2 warn = ban 3 days
- 3 wanr = ban 5 days

Swear/Insult Chat/Game :
- 1 warn = ban 6h

think before you comment things like that.
my suggest is opening new channel,smth like,if you have stable connection,and you dont leave games,you can get vouch there,smth more like Public (Higher) XD.
for example,im new to RGC and i play in pub,i cant play there due to many leavers and game ruiners,so i play 5-6 games,then i post vouch request to the channel,admins check my dc rate and if i left any game,and if they see it well,they vouch him.
that's my suggestion

I will have to agree with Syrix` on that.
That suggestion is a bit hilarious. 6h ban for swearing?
If I miss my arrow, I say F$"£, then some player post it-> reason: swearing.
That's a bit ridiculous to get banned..unless hardcore flaming.

And yeh, there should be a Europe (High) Public.
Nec.Madchen is right, europe public is the most importance place...like a first place for gamers to play in this platform.
So we have to ensure a good environment for them there. ^^
