Because backdoor does not exist anymore. There is a built-in system to prevent backdoor.

If you can't defend your own base with that system AND the glyph, it would've been a lose with or without backdoor.

The throne didnt "heal" itself while sf backdoored, thus the system didnt work and he backdoored.

no creeps was in our base and he decided to kill the throne. we wouldve easily won that game but he backdoored, i think atleast the -3 points should be voided.

Well as I said, it is not a bannable offense. No (serious) league no where uses any rules against backdoor anymore.
