VIRTUAL PROTECT BROKEN

I tried to install RGC.ZIP.. But when i extracted it, a window appeared saying "VIRTUAL PROTECT BROKEN".. What does it mean? Please help me.. Until now i can't install RGC on my laptop..

Some programs can do this in VISTA only.
Right click the archive and see if there is the "un-protect option" available.
Also you may try and use another archiver like 7zip, open the ZIP or RAR with it and do a Drag&Drop of the contents to your Desktop.
