Lag problems!

Good day,
I play a little more than half a year rgc client and have recently seen a great lags in room europe(public) when over 30 active games..It became very frustrating, I love the client and the players here but I can't enjoy my game anymore :(

help me plz!

btw.i close all channels and programs, so thats not the reason...i am from croatia and i usually got ~25 ping!

also, make sure no one else is using the internet while you play, close all torrents and such.

i dont share my connection with anyone and ofcourse i dont use torrent while playing..

Well there are 3 possible solutions to your problem :

1. Since you are from Croatia, you should have a good ping, but there might be some malware using your internet connection and sending information to the malware owner. When i say malware i mean, viruses, trojans etc..

2. It might be a simple routing issue with your ISP, and it can last a couple of days. Trust me people in Serbia had alot of those, and all of us were thinking that its RGC, but it was our ISP. So concatc your ISP after you check the first thing i said, and only if the first thing does not help.

3. This one i like to call fake lag and spike, although i experienced it once only it can occur sometimes, but its not constant, and this is only my theory. It happens because your CPU is overheating for some reason, and cant handle RGC properly. But i dont think this is the case here.


Here are some links that i would recomend for you, instal these programs and see if they find anything suspisious on your computer.

Make sure you update us on the progress on your issue, so we can know where to proced in the next step.

Note: I dont think it can be RGC, if rogers patched it, then it might be the problem, but since you have problems long time after patched RGC, i dont think RGC is giving you the lag.

Number 3 sounds like my problem. Its wierd lag and happens sometimes. I noticed when there are >30 games I have those spikes/lags/call them whatever u like :D

btw.i have AVG antivirus, is he good enough to do same thing as eset?

other link u posted was malwarebytes and when i installed it I can't run it 'couse some file is missing o.0
