Mgn Bot Problem

Hello everyone I'm new to the forum, I'm having a problem with the mgn dota bots. i can't enter any game since yesterday, the game acts as if I'm banned. I try creating new account but the problem continus. Anyone have any thoughts...??

I can enter other bots but not the mgn ones i changed my router and still the same I create a new account but still the same problem

Probably you may be banned at these bots if you entering normally in other bot games.Some more details will be more helpfull like tell us your username you trying to join the games.

I made a new account and still can't enter, I thing I have being playing with Don18 lately\
I just try to play with DonStavar but still can't. I type the game name but I dont even enter tha game hub it just returns me to the channel chat screen
