Hai guys, im here to give an idea. We should implement one system to send only 3 messages in 10 seconds, so them we will try to stop the spamers and hatter. (Even in PM's)

no need for this, cuz almost every channel has its own rules (about spamm) ;)

I think it's not needed for the reason Tutankamon gave.

It will be better if each channel can make its own rules about spam.

in some cases it can be good,some not.
i'll vote for !deny since i see many ppl that are not typing everything at 1 line,they split it,and it can be annoying for them.
