Well i understand that they have special access to this command but doing it in public that just disgust me.

some of it are happening in PH.
like this one.
he swap players to make him the team capt without asking me or other players

Dont warry,i will talk with this ppl ( from PH admins ) to keep his moderators in eyes, also , i will talk wtih this guy, but i am sure, this wont happens again. I am sorry for this, and thx for reporting.

Most of the Philippine staffs are newly appointed.
We have our rules of moderation here http://www.rgc-asia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=13
Will constantly remind them from time to time.
