how can i see if i am banned or not

hi,i cant join games :/ and i know its not from new map,or lagg..........and i am sure i've done nothing bad...so,can u help me with that?

if u cant join games its because
1: u didnt sign
2: u havent good map
3: u havent updated to 1.26
4: u start w3 with rigc rite ? ;Q
