How to upload my replays?

Hey guys
i have like 30 good replays of me,but dont know how to uplaod them here, so i can raise my rank,so can anyone help?
and in future do i must have the ARank program to upload replays?

If you are talking about your Arank Rank; uploading replays will not help you improve that. You (or someone else in your game) need(s) to have the client software running to increase your rank, and meet the requirements mentioned in several topics.
