Well ..He is really manner m8 , maybe he was bad manners cause fun or publics/leaves etc.

Read rules one more time, or request will be closed and denied.
We have some way for checking ppl before vouching in here. This way ( link ) is down now because of DDoS attacks last day, this was on our old Server, and its offline now . We are sry, but vouch request's will stay for now, until we fix that. Sry one more time, and stay patient.
