Please they believe a room where we could play serious items in Europe Pub and other room only it is leavers and noobs.

Hello first, i read you Recommendation and i still want suggest you 2 things:
1) Get vouch in some private leagues or community's, there is much more channels , where you can play normal games, you just have to check forums or get your self informed on RGC about that private leagues...
2) Stay patient, because Sir-Rogers are working on new system for public, with many changes, this changes will remove leavers, nabs , and other bad ppl :)
