RGC TV would be a popular LIVE broadcast technology enabling audience to watch matches based on Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne including the famous map “Defense of the Ancient (DotA) as if they were in the actual match.

A button on the top menu saying "RGC TV" is cute.
It has alot of advantages, it will attract alot of leagues to move into the RGC area, since they can stream immediately with a click of a button, and that everyone can watch so easily.
Gamers will check the live streams from time to time, and watch the games being streamed, or have been streamed since the past 24 hours.
It's some sort of "League Advertising" . Leagues will encourage to get streamers .
