[Suggestion] New command: !ring

It often happens that in the lobby or when the game started, players go afk to get a sandwich, smoke a cigarette or make a poop. And they do not realize that others are waiting to start playing. My idea is to create a new command: "!Ring [slot]"
In a few words once written the command, an audible alert should be issued by the player's target client, so that you wake up and come to the PC!
