The reason your team disconnected is

1) You managed to die before even creep waves reached the lanes.
2) You managed to die again shortly after, giving you 0-2 score within 4 minutes or so and completely ruining your team's lanes
3) You raged + went AFK afterwards, so your team was forced to play 4vs5 from the start with someone mooching gold (even worse than actual 4v5 since then team gets gold bonuses).

Your actions caused your team to leave, not the other way around.
