It is a longer background story, many people didnt feel welcomed any longer since everybody talked in his mother language.
Lets say you are new to Dotarank and dont know anybody, now everybody talking in rus, croatian or sth else, would you like it ?
Some words in croatian are ok, but the official language must and should be english when you are in the dotarank channel.

as far as I remember you didn't stop after being warned by many Gms tons of times. Moreover, what you said, when translated into English meant something like: "fucking lazy admins can't repair bot for 5 hours" and other stuff like this.
