Hello ... my acc name is HardTime. i was be banned for leaving in game. I had to leave becouse i had same family problems ... and i wont do that again just unban my IP address and my HardTime acc .... plss ... thx very much :D

Yes I can confirm his problems, we're friends in RL, also just to give you a notice its not game ruining he maybe had a bad day or didn't know the hero well also he cannot be banned for lack of skill while his manners are completely OK.

Care for your family, spend more time with them and try to fix those problems instead of playing DotA. :P
