Ban Requests: the whole 5 clan noobs (RE-post)

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sorry for re-post this request, you decided to deny this ban request which I think that is not really appreciate.
"We don't ban for disconnects unless it's a frequent case." Is this meaning if I want to leave the game, I can easily disconnect the internet and wont bear any punishment? That was a 5 people team from different IP address and disconnected at the same second! I think that was deliberate leave, even worse than the normal leaving because we have to wait for about 5 mins to vote to kick all of them.
