HELP! I CANT COMPLETE MY PATCH BECAUSE RGC.EXE NOT FOUND ANY SUGGESTIONS CAN HELP MY PROBLEM? :(

1st, to complete your patch you must have rgcp.exe.
2nd, forget about what i said and just redownload rgc. :D

i download it many times i extract it very carefully but again... it said "empty 1/6/rgcp.exe"

IT HAPPENS AGAIN TODAY IT SAID PATCH ERROR"EMPTY FILE 4/14/rgcp.exe
