Μπορείς να μου πεις την έκδοση των Windows σου και τυχόν Service Pack που έχεις; (Πχ Windows XP SP2)

Επίσης, θα με βοηθούσε ιδιαίτερα αν κάνεις τα εξής:

1. Κατέβασε το attachment gproxycfg.rar
2. Κάντο extract κι αυτό μέσα στον φάκελο του Warcraft μαζί με το gproxy.
3. Όταν ξανατρέξεις το Warcraft και κρασάρει, θα δημιουργηθεί ένα αρχείο gproxy.log .
4. Άνοιξε το αρχείο gproxy.log με notepad και κάνε μου copy-paste τα περιεχόμενα εδώ.

Άρα μέσα στον φάκελο του Warcraft έχεις ένα αρχείο gproxydll.mix και ένα αρχείο gproxy.cfg, σωστά;

Δοκίμασε να τρέξεις το Warcraft ως Administrator.

Δοκίμασες να τρέξεις το Warcraft III ως administrator;

Αν ναι, και παρόλ' αυτά δεν γράφτηκε αρχείο gproxy.log, σημαίνει ότι το gproxy δεν έχει δικαιώματα εγγραφής στον φάκελο του Warcraft. Δοκίμασε να κάνεις προσωρινά μια αντιγραφή όλον τον φάκελο του Warcraft κάπου αλλού (πχ στην Επιφάνεια εργασίας) και να τρέξεις το war3.exe από εκεί.

Αν φτιαχτεί αρχείο gproxy.log κάντο copy-paste εδώ να δω σε ποιό σημείο έχει πρόβλημα.

Στην νέα έκδοση λύθηκε το bug με την οθόνη Waiting for Host.
Κατεβάστε την νέα έκδοση από εδώ.

By default, GProxy DLL connects to europe.battle.net.

In order to change that, you need to do the following:

1. Create a new text file named gproxy.cfg in the Warcraft III folder.

2. Edit it and type in the following:

bnet_hostname = useast.battle.net

3. Save the file and restart you Warcraft III.


Alternatively, download one of the following files and extract it into your Warcraft III folder:

gproxy_cfg_asia.zip

gproxy_cfg_uswest.zip

The plugin does not seem to work with the latest patch release: 1.29
After updating from 1.28, the localhost option was no longer avaliable to choose as realm for me.
