perma unvouch request for kiehs and Sheik

reasons:

1. i was cpt, i told theim that i play bs, kiehs took bs and did not swap

"[01:08] kiehs (Allies): captain can suck my ballz"



2. both extrem mass flame, blaming and chatting in german, perma non-english chat

Ask havo to check the log, otherwise i can translate



3. Sheik unshared the chkn for a long time with me on purpose, at the ende he shared again


4. Sheik tried to block creeps bot lane .... (we were tri lane), did not help to get fb


5. kiehs let me die on purpose, did not denie me

I know nr. 4 and 5 are no reason to get unvouched HERE, but due to the other points it shows their unmannered behaviour.
